Signature offers free delivery nationwide around Australia. Our trusted service provider will provide additional information prior to delivery of your rug.
Free Delivery
Our free delivery service is available nationwide! You will receive a call from our delivery service prior to ensure that you are able to receive the rug at a convenient time.
- Please confirm the delivery time and date with the courier driver.
- If your rug order weighs over 25kg, please have someone on hand who could assist the delivery driver if necessary.
Delivery
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Unfortunately, we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Please note that the courier will only deliver during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
All items will be shipped via a courier service of Signature’s choosing and will need to be signed for. Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received. If ordering multiple rugs, sometimes your delivery will be split into partial deliveries of larger and smaller items. Please check the number of pieces on the total delivery to make sure none are missed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact our Customer Service team immediately.
