Shipping and Delivery Information
Signature offers free delivery within selected delivery zones across Australia. Our trusted delivery partner will contact you prior to your rug’s arrival to confirm a convenient delivery time.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available within our standard service areas. You will receive a call from our delivery team to arrange delivery at a time that suits you.
- Please confirm the delivery date and time directly with the courier driver.
- For orders over 25kg, please have someone available to assist the delivery driver if required.
Delivery
All delivery dates quoted are estimates and may be subject to change. Signature accepts no liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) if delivery occurs outside the estimated timeframe. Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
All items will be shipped via a courier chosen by Signature and require a signature on delivery. Delivery is complete once a signed receipt or delivery docket is provided. If you order multiple rugs, deliveries may be split into partial shipments. Please check the total number of pieces received to ensure none are missing.
If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, do not sign the delivery docket and contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Delivery Outside Standard Zones
For deliveries outside our standard zones, an additional delivery fee applies. This fee will be communicated during checkout or by our team.
