We aim to ensure that the product images displayed on our site accurately represent the colour, texture, and pattern of our products. However, due to variations in individual screen settings and display technology, precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations on our website.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

All product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment via credit or debit card is processed through a secure payment gateway. Your card will be charged upon confirmation of your order and prior to dispatch. Any transaction fees or additional charges imposed by your bank are your responsibility.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver products to the address specified in your order confirmation email. While we only ship to Australian addresses, international customers may place orders if delivery occurs within Australia. A tracking email with delivery details will be sent to you. Delivery is complimentary within Australia. Courier delivery is deemed complete upon obtaining a signature at the delivery address. Ownership of the products and any associated risks transfer to you once delivery is completed. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not be liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising from delays or non-fulfillment of delivery timelines.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly using the details provided on our website or in your order confirmation email. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or defective. Notification of faults or defects must be made within seven days of receiving the product. You are responsible for the cost of returning any faulty or defective items. If, upon inspection, we determine (acting reasonably) that the product is faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace the item. Should repair or replacement not be possible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid. This constitutes your sole remedy for any defective product.
