Step 1: Colour & Style
The best way to be sure about what colour and style you’ll enjoy the most is to order 3 free samples. Once you’ve touched the softness of our nylons and the texture of our wools, you will fall in love with our carpets! It’s also good to see the true colour of the carpet sample in your home, test it out in different lighting and see it next to your furniture.
Step 2: Define your dimensions
What size rug do you need? The best rug is a bespoke rug, made to fit your exact dimensions. Dependent on the placement in your room and how you’d like your furniture to be arranged determines the size you’ll need. We’ve developed a handy guide to give you some pointers on ideal spacing which will help you to define your rug’s dimensions.
Step 3: Decide on your finishes
Overlocking is the classical stitched edge that gives a secure edge – especially for wool loops – keeping everything nice and tidy. Binding gives you a minimalist modern edge, and would be hidden by high-pile fluffy nylon rugs for an almost edgeless border. On square and rectangle rugs, you can choose a 90 degree standard corner or a gently rounded corner.
